Workout partners

Erz came to town for a visit on Wednesday, and Will on Thursday, and they were kind enough to go on some runs with me, as Erz noted in her comment. She and I did a couple loops at Lake Artemesia, one of my regular routes, on Friday morning and Will and I did a ten mile loop through DC on Saturday. It was a nice tour, and Will was a good sport, despite having a cough and cold. Thanks, guys!
